- Shipping Costs for Small Orders: Shipping costs apply even for small orders, regardless of the order value. VAT within the European Union on shipping costs is calculated accordingly.
- Shipping Times within Germany: Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 business days; express shipping takes 1 business day if the order is placed by 12:00 PM. Express shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- International Shipping Times: Delivery times vary between 5 and 60 days, depending on the destination country. These times may be extended due to holidays or government actions in the destination country.
- Guaranteed Delivery Time: Only available for express shipping. There is no guarantee for delivery times with standard shipping.
- Complete Motorcycle Shipping: Prices and delivery times for shipping motorcycles, sidecars, and trikes are available upon request.
- Included in Shipping Costs: The shipping costs charged by Ulis Motorradladen only cover the transport.
- Customs, Taxes, and Fees: Import duties, taxes, and fees in the destination country must be borne by the customer. Ulis Motorradladen has no influence over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
- Direct Debit: Only available for bank accounts in Germany.
- Credit Card Payment: Credit card details should not be transmitted via email. Payment is processed through the online shop, and we accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, and JCB.
- Prepayment: After receiving the order confirmation by email, the goods will be shipped once the payment is received.
- Paypal: Payment can be made via the website or manually to our Paypal account (info@ulismotorradladen.de) with the customer and invoice numbers provided.
- Description: A detailed written description of the required work is necessary. Without this description, repairs cannot be processed.
- Cleaning: Additional charges may apply if parts are not cleaned of oil and grease before being sent.
- Shipping Risk: Shipping parts to Ulis Motorradladen is at the customer’s risk. It is recommended to pack the parts securely and cleanly.
- Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the day the customer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the goods.
- Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: The withdrawal can be made in writing (e.g., by letter, fax, email) or by phone. A model withdrawal form is available on the website but is not mandatory.
- Consequences of Withdrawal: Both parties must return any received goods or services. In cases of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be required if the deterioration is due to use beyond what is necessary to test the goods. Returns are at the risk of Ulis Motorradladen, but the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

- An exchange is processed through the return of the goods. A credit note will be issued if the conditions for a lawful return are met. The newly ordered goods will be treated as a new purchase.
- New Parts: 24-month warranty.
- Used Parts: 12-month warranty. Every used part is inspected before sale.
- Cost Coverage: In the case of a justified complaint, Ulis Motorradladen will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns should be coordinated with Ulis Motorradladen in advance to avoid unnecessary costs. Returns sent without prior coordination may incur additional costs of EUR 15.00.
- Price Lists: Price changes are reserved. There is no guarantee on the accuracy of the prices listed in the published price lists.
- Online Shop Prices: The prices in the online shop are always up to date and binding at the time of order placement.
- Currency: All prices are in Euros. Invoices are issued exclusively in Euros.
